Our services are easily accessed on our registration page. Select the desired type of account (can be changed at a later time) based on the features you are looking for. After registering, complete your financial information to share with the intended party.

Your financial information is secure on our servers. We utilize current state of the art firewall and server based securities that prevent unauthorized access. Your financials are accessed through our secure portal that is tied to specific users/institutions that you authorize and manage through our Connection Portal.

Communication is currently funneled through our support page, available for logged in users. Communications are text/email based. Communications are categorized based on the following categories:

• System Issues
• Site Recommendations / Feedback
• Other

We understand that you might not be with us forever. When you are wanting to cancel your subscription or your subscription ends we ensure you are able to leave with your financial information intact. We will provide you the opportunity to review the current connections through our Connections Portal, this ensures that there are not any lenders that will still need your financial information going forward. After you confirm the services are no longer needed we provide you the opportunity to download any available forms or financials that are held in our system, these forms will be deleted once your subscription is fully canceled so it is important to have a back up if not one is established. Our system will remove sensitive information, like your social security number, from our system in addition to any documents associated with your profile. By completing this process we will ensure that your personal information will not be compromised.

To cancel your subscription proceed to login to your profile and follow instructions by selecting the “Cancel Subscription” located at the bottom of your Profile page.
