What We Do

We simplify the lending process by utilizing tools and resources necessary to compile finances quickly and accurately in one central sharable location. Balances are quickly updated after connecting with existing financial institutions. Data is shared through functional, easy to read, auto generated forms directly to institutions, finalized with electronic signature of the borrower.

Base (Individual)

Our Base services allow for an individual to easily compile and share financial information with one lender.  This service is best suited for an individual that has a lending relationship that is isolated to one lender.

Base+ (Individual)

Our plus services are geared towards active investors and individuals with complex financials.  We understand your financials can be complicated, that’s why we want to give limited access to your accountants and assistants (property managers, CFO’s) when consolidating the financials for them to upload those missing financials or help value assets you hold. Plus subscribers are also able to supply financials to other financial institutions outside our certified partner program.

Base+ users will have additional access to our lending toolbox and other features (as released).  These tools are associated with financial analysis, lending comparables, and portfolio management.

Institution+

Our Institution+ program allows a financial institution to be involved in the process of collecting financials.  They are able to include custom acknowledgements and questionnaires for borrowers to complete during the sharing process. Institution+ users are granted access to our portfolio management tools that include custom automated notification system, borrower filter/sorting, loan officer assignment, and annual review tracking.  Equity Share’s system provides custom links to integrate the initial customer login and connecting the user with your institution, no lengthy procedures needed. These resources streamline your collection and management of borrower financials.
